Not happy :(

I thought these heels looked comfortable in the picture but was highly disappointed. The second I put it on my foot my toes started to hurt with every step I took and would highly recommend sizing down. They also smelled very bad when I opened the box.

I purchased black Penelope sandal for a recent Vegas trip which means lots of walking. I was more than happy w the wear, comfort & length of time before my feet wore out from wearing heels. I’m in my mid-50’s and don’t often wear heels these days so my expectation was shady at best. I have now added same shoe in nude color to my wish list because they exceeded my expectation! The toe strap didn’t bind and my feet weren’t sore after wear! True to size in my book. For reference I also have shorter toes so toe strap placement is KEY! They were super sexy and stylish!

I bought both the Pendry (in Sand) and the Penelopy (in Beige Patent Leather). They are both very pretty, but I kept the Penelopy because the color of the Pendry was too peachy and I was looking more for a nude sandal.
The strap across my toes was stiff and tight so I used a stretcher on it so that it wouldn’t cut into my toes when I walked.
I wear a Size: 6.5, Medium and it feels TTS
