Good shoe for walking lots of miles!

I bought these shoes to replace my Keds and use them primarily as walking shoes. I have put 350-400 miles on these shoes since I bought them and can now give a thorough review.
Look and feel: 9/10
These shoes are basic and cute. I like the detail on the heel and since it’s white, it matches all outfits. They are very comfortable and provide ample support for standing and walking on various terrains. I would not take these on a trail for a hike, but for walking anywhere else, it’s good. I did not experience any blisters and they were broken-in right out of the box. I have big feet, so I usually make sure they don’t look like clown shoes on me, and they did not. That’s why I used to get Keds, but the Keds are too narrow. I think my toes had ample room in these shoes.
Durability: 7/10
The soles on the shoes split early on. I provided pictures of the split location, but I was shocked to see that. I would say that they split around the 75-100 mile mark. Even though they split, no water got in and did not experience any wetness through the sole but it was still odd. The sides of the sole are also splitting where my foot naturally creases the shoe but that’s to be expected.
Overall score: 8/10
I will probably buy these shoes again but the sole splitting needs to be improved upon.

Tighter fit, size right

Just got my second pair delivered. My first pair was perfect, but after 3 years, it was time to replace it as it has gotten so brown and dirty. My second pair is exactly the same, the size is right, but it’s fitted tight. There’s also some pressure points on the top of my toe area that are so uncomfortable. I don’t ever buy wide shoes but maybe in this case I should have.

After so much deliberation about which shoes to bring for our 3-week trip to Italy, I decided to take a chance on the Dr. Scholl’s Time Off Platform Sneakers in white. It turned out to be one of the best travel decisions I made.
These sneakers were incredibly comfortable from day one. They handled everything—from walking for miles on cobblestone streets to climbing the steep hills of Siena and spending long days sightseeing. My feet felt well supported and protected the entire time. Even after hours of walking, I wasn’t achy or sore.
I ended up wearing them throughout the entire three weeks, and they never let me down. If you’re looking for comfortable travel sneakers that can handle lots of walking, I highly recommend these. They exceeded my expectations and are now my go-to travel shoes.
