The shoe box came cut in half, the shoes are used and smell bad, scratched, and dirty ( never had an issue like this before with DSW)

I thought these were going to be a champagne color. But they are a yellow gold with a blinding shiny heel. Look very cheap.

Love a cute and comfy shoe for the office. I found a wide size on clearance in store and I’m normally not a wide in shoes but it fit well. It does make me wonder how narrow the regular size is though. Length wise I wore my normal size.
