Too Wide-awkward

We didn’t use this shoe. Just upon putting it on it was really wide and just awkward looking. We returned.

I got these for my teenage niece. She is way into them. They are a bit more on the yellow side than I was expecting. I guess they are ok. They just look very dirty though. Maybe they are supposed to look that way?
