Beautiful, but not for me

I just received these sandals today. I bought the smallest size I could, and they're still too big. Also, the insole is hard, and there's no arch support at all. (This part is not indicated in the description, so I actually had to purchase to find out.) It's a beautiful shoe, though. The leather is soft and flexible, and it has a real buckle! I'm so sorry that I have to return them.
