Disappointed!

I really wanted to Love this shoe, I've been looking for a cute braided sandal and the online description hit all the marks. I'm usually a size 9 and the 1st pair I received were way too small so if you're going to buy these I'd say size up! I returned these shoes in the nice box and package they arrived in. I ordered another pair online in a size 10, when the package arrived I thought the package was from Amazon. These shoes did not arrive in the nice packaging the 1st pair came in, no tags attached and one of the shoes had a piece of leather missing from it. These shoes were not cheap so to receive them in a bag unprotected, no tags and damaged was so disappointing! This pair will be returned and I'm not sure I'll be purchasing them again. DSW please consider QC on your product being shipped.
