Very disappointing

I was very surprised and disappointed to discover that the quality of these sandals is very poor. I have been buying heeled sandals from your company for the past 10 years and have always been satisfied with their quality, but this pair is nowhere near what I expected.
After wearing the black sandals for less than a month, holes have already appeared in the heels. I also found reviews from other customers who experienced the same issue, which suggests that this may be a manufacturing or quality problem.
I expected much better durability from a company I have trusted for so many years. I hope that they will replace this sandal!
