Son loves these pizza crocs but run big. Size down

My son wanted these so I got his size 9 that he wears in all shoes. They are unfortunately very big on him so guess we need to size down and get an 8. They are sold out of 8 so now we are trying to find them elsewhere but he loves them.

Missing Jibbitz!

I order these and they were missing all the jibbitz. I ordered them for the simple fact of having the limited edition jibbitz. You can’t buy them anywhere. Looking at the packaging it shows it was sent from a return facility. Hopefully DSW will start looking at these returns before sending them to others. I did order a new pair so hopefully these have everything included.

Came In Dirty

Bought these online as a birthday present for someone but the insides of them came dirty. You can see someone’s dirty feet prints inside both crocs. I understand someone may have tried them on which is not a problem but why send them dirty like this. Not even the soles are as dirty as the inside of the shoes. Definitely disappointed.
