Heel broke

These shoes are so cute, but after only wearing them for a month, one of the heels split off from the base of the shoe. I’ve never had this happen before. Usually I never have issues with this brand so l was really shocked. Had to return

Heel Separated At Seam

These shoes were very comfortable and super cute but the heel on one of the shoes separated at the seem. The heel looks like wood but is actually styrofoam covered in a material that looks like wood.
