Great Quality But Bad Fit

These shoes are great quality very sturdy and cute, but they hurt. I’m normally a 9 or even 8.5 or 9.5 shoe on the shoe, I ordered a 9 and it fit but it hurt. They’re not very flexible so it hurts to walk in. I wish they were wider and I normally don’t need wide

I am between a 9-10, ordered the 9 and could not even get my foot in! Will likely exchange for a 10 and see if that's better but be aware, seem to run small and tight, might take a bit to break in. Cute if they fit.
