DSW Sent Me USED Shoes

I knew something was up when the shoes arrived in the box bagging around. There was no padding, wrapping, or cloth to protect them. These shoes are all scratched up, have gum on the bottom and wear on the bottom. DSW CS said they would, at no charge pick up my shoes two days ago and never showed up. I am no longer going to buy from DSW. It’s a PIA when it comes to returning and they send you used shoes. I would have bought of posh mark of if wanted used shoes and at a better price. Not a trusted business.
