I love my first isotonic umbrella so much I had to order the second one with a leopard print just to keep in my cat rescue’s Catmobile! Convenient size stores easily in the pocket on the back of my passenger seat and it functions perfectly!

Wrong Umbrella

I purchased the umbrella with the dogs all over, but when it came it was an ugly pink used looking umbrella. I returned it and was told that the ugly pink one was the correct number and of I reordered I would probably get another ugly pink umbrella, so I traded it for a black one. The store manager was very kind about it. I give her 5 stars, but the warehouse 0 for not keeping track of merchandise correctly, hence I compromised to give 2 stars overall. Generally I love DSW.

Totes is my go to umbrella definitely holds better under high winds and rain than other manufacturers. However, I have a discrepancy with how DSW ships items; sometimes they so ship multiple items in an order in separate shipments. This small package was lost or stolen in the mail. Customer service declined to replace it or issue any kind of credit as a courtesy.
