Not The Size I Ordered

The color was great and I have a couple other pair of these shoes so I knew what I was getting. Except even though they were sized as women’s, a men’s size was shipped to me. I returned them to the nearest store, hoping they would have the size I ordered. They didn’t even have that color. Very disappointed!

Sizing indicates women but received mens 8 not womens. Product dirty and not received in normal OOFOS packaging.

I actually bought these for my husband, who has had Oofos before, but he liked this color. They are very supportive and comfortable. He needs arch support, and this style provides this. Beware, they run large and wide, so l would order one size down.

BEWARE! Incorrect sizing.

BEWARE!! This item is Mens size not women! I ordered twice and they sent me a size mens 9 not womens. The description doesnt let you know that it is a unisex and its mens 8/womens 11. So frustrating to have to wait and then return. When i called DSW they said it would be 2 or more weeks for them to investigate. Even when i told them what the problem was.
