    The look is 100%, the service was great. My only complaint is that the shoes actually hurt my feet. But, I do have flat feet - no arch at all, so that could be where the pain comes from. The heel or ball of the shoe is stiff and my feet start to hurt but beauty is pain so I will continue to wear them.

I would like to note that when I started the return and it was figuring the return amount it wasn’t the amount I paid it was shorting me
