Great boots, especially for the price

I actually really like these boots! for the price I would say the quality is good. They are comfortable and don't give me blisters. I have narrow feet and small calves and these fit well in all the places. Got a half size larger than my normal 7.5 for thicker socks and I think that was the move.

Unfortunately, these look extremely cheap and fit tight in the foot and the calves.

Received A Worn Item

I was extremely excited to receive these boots! Unfortunately the boots I received had clearly been a return. In my experience returns items usually go to the shelf at a store where people can physically see the shoe and decide for them selves if they want to pay such a price attached to the item. This was not the case, this item was purchased online and I was devastated to find that they had been worn already. Photos attached. I had planned on exchanging them this weekend at a store that had my size in stock but the weekend came and the size is now gone in store and online. So I guess I am stuck with it. They are very cute but I am highly disappointed. The box did not even have a top to it. It was in two bags with the open box and no stuffing or inserts in the shoes.

Beautiful but…PAINFUL

I really wanted to love these boots but unfortunately will be returning. They’re beautiful and the calf was perfect for small calves but omg are they painful. The sides of the heels are rock hard and I couldn’t even walk in them, the sole was even hard too. Getting a bigger size definitely wouldn’t have helped at all nor would giving them time to break in. I’m used to breaking in shoes but these are ridiculous. Please adjust these - even including a more comfortable sole would make up for the rest of the pain and I will gladly purchase in the future. At this price point I expected more.
