Elastic panel failed within 30 days. Quality is very poor for the price. I am seeking to return these for defective manufacturing reasons.

This is a beautiful looking shoe, but there is no way that the shoe that I received, which was marked narrow, truly is narrow. My foot slashed around in it at all levels.
