Store Return Policy is terrible

DSW Hamburg in Lexington, KY refused a return saying they were worn and could not be put back in the floor. I wore them once and they hurt my feet. I am never shopping there again. I think these shoes are subpar quality and seconds or defective. I have attached photos, you be the judge. I am deleting my DSW account today. FYI, I have tried to upload photos 4 times and app fails to load them so I guess I will use Google reviews instead.

No-lace that fits narrow feet AND seriously comfy!

I have pretty narrow feet long(size 10) feet and the “no lace” shoes generally are too wide to fit without feeling sloppy. I tried these on a whim while shopping for a supportive and comfortable shoe after breaking a toe and subsequently developing plantar fasciitis (it’s been a bit of a month). These have out-performed by every measure and I love them.

Runs big. I usually wear a size 10 and got these in size 9 for $79.99 in white with lime green letter S on side. Comfortable and stylish. Bonus incentive to shop in store was the 25% off for members.
