    Look nice, hurt my feet

Purchased the same size that I usually get in this brand. Love the colorway. They have hurt my feet from day 1 out of the box which has never happened to me before with this brand. I exclusively use them indoors at my standing desk or on the walking pad. Had to put inserts in the shoes.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Picked up these shoes specifically for mixed-surface long runs and I’ve been very pleased with their performance so far. I have about 35 miles on them, including a 12-mile run, an 18-mile run, and a 5-mile run. I’ve used them in both dry and wet conditions and they’ve performed consistently well. On one run I did a fast, steep ascent and descent with ~810 ft of gain in a single mile and had no traction issues going either up or down. The lugs held confidently throughout. The shoe does feel fairly stiff, which led to some heel slip on very steep sections, but I actually preferred that stiffness on descents since it made the shoe feel more stable and controlled. For the price point, this is a very strong mixed-surface daily trainer. It feels like a road shoe with a stiffer outsole, a padded tongue, and well-placed lugs for off-road traction. I’ll continue putting miles on these for mixed-surface running. This isn’t a “fast” shoe, but it’s a solid tool to have when you want a road-like feel without worrying about slipping or getting injured once you leave pavement. It fits nicely between my Exodus Ultra 4 and my ride/OMI trainer rotation. I would strongly recommend sizing up. The shoe runs both narrow and slightly short. I typically wear a size 14 for extra toe-box space, and these still feel snug even with a loose lacing pattern. Overall, a comfortable shoe and excellent value for the price.

Heavier, stiff, and not as good as the TR 15s

I miss the old TR 15s. The new TR2s are noticeably heavier and the soles feel especially stiff, though I don't know if this is specific to the colorway (woodrose)I purchased or just an overall issue with the shoe. I've definitely noticed a drastic difference in how the soles feel on Saucony shoes depending on colorway with previous purchases. Especially with the brighter or more fashionable colorways. Anyways, these actually make my middle toes go numb after only around 5k, which makes me sad. I tried changing out/relacing etc, but no luck. I trained for a trail half marathon with the TR 15s and never had this issue. In fact, I still have a couple pairs with some mileage I can put on them and they're still great. So yeah, not sure what Saucony did with these or why, when the previous ones were perfect. But, it's disappointing to now have to find a replacement that feels just as good since the new ones are just not doing it for me.

I bought these because I have purchased Saucony sneakers before and been very satisfied. These are tight in the toes and I can only wear with very thin socks. Living at 9000 feet in the mountains of Colorado this is not a good fit. I wore them a few times hoping they would stretch out but have not in a month.

    Great support and breathability!

I am 6 feet tall 160 pounds and new to running. I have narrow feet, and have had trouble with my knees and hips my whole life. These are not specifically designed for narrow feet, however I appreciate the space for the ball of my foot to spread as I impact. I sized up for these (normally an 8.5) to a 9 and am so happy I did. I think I have been wearing a size too small my whole life! Plenty of room for my toes and I feel my ankle is well supported. The support is great for hard surfaces and gravel surfaces for running or walking. I appreciate the mesh top as I can feel fresh air hitting my toes right through my socks!
