Wanted to love but disappointed in the quality

They are wonderfully comfortable...BUT...having them only a few months and wearing them only occasionally (I don't run and only casually walk, so they are not subject to hard use) the rubber bottom is completely coming OFF!! So disappointing, as I want to keep loving them, but alas, I cannot.
