Good trainer

Comfortable, no non-sense trainer. I use them for working out. Sole is very firm. I might like a little more cushion. Good stability during workouts.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Look, but Comfort Issue with Right Shoe
6 days ago
I bought my 608s. They have a great aesthetic and I was excited to make them my everyday shoe. Unfortunately, a persistent comfort issue with the right shoe has prevented that.
There is a stiff piece of material on the inner side of the right heel, just above the heel cup, that causes significant pain during wear. After three months of use, it has not broken in or softened at all. I had hoped it would resolve with time, but the discomfort remains bad enough that I actively avoid wearing them despite genuinely wanting to.
I love the look of these shoes and want to give them a higher rating, but I cannot recommend them without flagging this issue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the discomfort caused by the right shoe. We understand how frustrating it is when a specific area, especially around the heel, does not break in and limits wear. Please reach out to our Customer Care team so we can look into this and help find a more comfortable option for you.

What Happened to the NB I knew?
After wearing this model and size for twenty years this pair did not fit? They appeared to be a cheap version of the NB I knew.

Done with New Balance for now.

New Balance is not the company it once was. I've talked to several other long time customers and they feel the same. Narrower last, feels like a Nike. No thanks. Was this a cost saving change?
No, I do not recommend this product.

6E is not 6E

NB started as an orthopedic shoe company. I needed extra wide. But now everything is slimmed down for appearances. I can't get my orthotics in without risking abrasion. That's the way it goes.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the fit no longer accommodates extra-wide feet or orthotics the way you’ve experienced in the past. We appreciate you taking the time to share this perspective, as input like this helps inform future fit and design considerations.
