Narrow shoe for a men size D Dissatisfied

The both shoe I bought it was so narrow the company did not given any information on the selection of width of shoe. I ordered a men size and it was a D and ran very small. I am very disappointed and Dissatisfied 😞

My son says these are the most comfortable shoes he has had in a long time. He usually wears various Nikes but after trying them on he said they were the best. Have had them about a month and they get more comfortable as time goes on.
