Broken Zipper on day 3

My daughter was so excited about these shoes, but after wearing them to school three times the zipper broke off. Cute shoes but for the price I expect them to not be this flimsy. DSW said they’d accept them for a store credit though (haven’t brought them back yet but I trust they’ll follow through).
