Zipper does not stay closed

Adorable shoe. But on the first day, the zipper kept unzipping itself. My child had to keep reaching down to zip them up, only to have them come unzipped a few minutes later. Such a pity because the adores this pair of shoes. Although they were worn outdoors, I will ask DSW to exchange them for another pair. Hopefully this flaw is an anomaly.

Don't Buy!!!! Zipper won't stay up. Bought these shoes on 3/1/2026 daughter loved them and was so excited. Wore them the first whole day and the zipper wouldn't stay up. On 3/13/2026, the zipper pull completely fell off. Took them back to the store, hoping for help, and they told me they were worn and they couldn't return or exchange them. DSW doesn't stand behind faulty products. A pair of shoes should last longer than a few wears before falling apart. So disappointing!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.
