clicky heel :/

very cute and would have been perfect except that they made a clicking noise inside the heel part whenever I walked :( otherwise they were a lovely pink color and I loved how dainty they were (for reference I’m about 180 lbs but none of my other heels have had this problem so it was rather unfortunate)

Sizing issues, but cute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, ADORABLE SHOE. The plaid is wonderful, will go with many vintage-ish outfits of various colors, zero faults there. The sizing. . . ehhhh, it's always a struggle when you're a 42-43 or US11 because sometimes it's too small in the toebox, sometimes it's perfect in the toe and then too large in the heel, getting a perfect fit is rough. The Journee sizing for US11 is much larger than other brands US11, so probably for me a US10W in their sizing would have fit better. I would have returned to try that size, but I apparently bought these on final sale so whoops my bad.
But do we give up on cute shoes? NO WE DON'T. I'm ordering a little bit of filler to fix the gapping at the heel and I WILL make it work. Nice for the price, decently comfortable, but I would not call it a walking shoe (unless you add inserts). Worth it solely for this plaid, ugh, adorable.
Now restock the baylor booties in wide for us big foot gals, Journee.

I bought the Maroon Suede expecting something burgundy but it was more purplish.

Not Maroon

What the title says, bought this to go with a maroon dress well in advance of the event. This is my fault, I didn't confirm the color, but went to wear them yesterday to find out they aren't maroon like my dress, they're burgundy, a very purple burgundy at that. I'd return them but the time period has lapses, so I need to simply donate them. Really sad about that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been difficult to find shoes that fit comfortably since having surgery. The Mary Jane pumps in 7 1/2 wide are a perfect fit. Will be ordering all my shoes going forward from Journee. The prices are also great.

Disappointed

I purchased this shoe in red and was so excited when it arrived. The color was fabulous and the style great but when I put them on they were very uncomfortable. Needless to say I was disappointed and returned them. I am still looking g for a comfortable cute red, closed toe shoe with a low to medium heel!
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have flat feet and chat gpt recommended heels that have a Maryjane strap for comfort. It showed me these as a good option. I was nervous to buy something from Ai but these were so perfect and so comfortable. I have been a fan ever since.
