Horrible boots at DSW!!!!

I bought these boots for the style. These are literally the worse boots I’ve ever purchased. It has a very tight plastic feel inside the boot. That should’ve been my first sign to return. Unfortunately, I wore them to work huge mistake! These boots rubbed soo bad against my heel that it pierced open wounds in the back of my foot. So I’m out of $100 because of the no wear policy at DSW. DO NOT EVER BUY BOOTS WITH NO REVIEWS!!!
