I wanted to like these shoes soooo much! They are brown, super cute, and super comfortable.
But after wearing them just a handful of times, the toe and heel areas are hopelessly stained. I managed to scrub them with a regular sponge and light detergent and restore them to somewhat of an appropriate appearance, but they’ve still got quite dark grey staining at the toe, and definitely along the back (from driving: my heel rubs against the dark floor mat in the car).
I am hard on my shoes, using them to teach all day - but I don’t think I’ve worn them to campus more than a handful of times. I never wore them in the rain, and I’m indoors all day. Also, I only teach for a few hours each day (!!).
Now I have just idea what to do with these really, really comfy (strong sole and heel!!) but definitely not polished-looking shoes. Augh.

Not as comfortable as expected
I usually order flats from Kelly & Katie and they didn't have my size in black so I ordered from Dr. Scholls, thinking they would be perfect because its Dr. Scholls. Not bad for walking, but the shoe material is not as flexible as Kelly & Katie's so I could feel a blister coming on the ankle/heel.

Terrible Blisters
I walk 8 minutes from home to the train station every day. First day wearing these, my heels were ripped to shreds by the end of the walk. Truly terrible blisters.

These are so good!!
I'm obsessed with these! The camel brown color goes with everything. The dotted texture adds some interest so they're a little more fun than a plain shoe, but still neutral. They are pretty comfortable right out of the box and I think will get more comfy with wear. OBSESSED!

Very Comfortable.
I almost returned these because they felt very snug when I first put them on but I walked around the house and then wore them the whole day and love them. They are super comfortable for all day wear with walking a few miles around work. I took off one start just because I do wonder how well they will hold up over time, after one day of wear I noticed some weird creasing in them.

Versatile and stylish
The design of the shoe is really nice. The strap keeps it on my foot. The shape of the toe is comfortable, does not pinch. There is not a lot of cushion to the step, but still it is comfortable and they look very nice with slacks or a skirt.

Beautiful but tight
Beautiful shoe, just what I wanted, however I'm normally a 9. I ordered a 9 and my toes are almost at the top. Also they are very tight and I would need to size up or get wide, silver. Both are not available. Bummer

DSW Service and quality declined
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with DSW regarding order #20037604798 totaling $131.97. My return was received back in August after I was mistakenly was sent the completely wrong shoe by the warehouse. I contacted customer service at the time and was assured I would receive both a refund and the correct replacement. Neither has happened, and it’s been well over a month. Most recently, I reached out again via chat, but the representative was unhelpful and rude. They issued the incorrect refund and abruptly ended the chat when I asked for clarification. The issue still remains unresolved despite multiple attempts on my part to fix it. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I no longer feel confident shopping with DSW. The level of service has clearly declined.
