What’s Up With The Sizing?

I got two pairs of Jessica Simpson shoes in the same size at the same time, and one pair fits fine. These, on the other hand, are 3 sizes too big for some reason.

Didn't fit me well. They fite lose and there's no way to adjust them. The heel is very high. Not easy to walk in unless you're one of those people that can naturally walk on very high heels.
