Despite the other reviews, I think these shoes actually fit well and are comfortable! I have a pretty narrow ankle so they do slip down only a little bit, but double sided tape can fix that easily! Love these shoes and they are so stunning

Strap broke

Strap broke right before walking down the aisle. Beautiful and comfy shoe though. Someone at the reception was able to fix the strap. Not sure how they did it, but I wish they were there before the ceremony. It broke in between beads on my right shoe, and was happy there wasn't beads flying everywhere.

I have wide feet and the medium width is perfect. Most heels squish my feet! This is why I choose SE. They were great for high tea and I plan to wear them with more daytime dresses.

I wanted to love this shoe. I love the pearls and the tie up style of the ankle. But— the ankle straps are SO LOOSE. It made the shoe unwearable ☹️

Very narrow!

For very narrow feet. I have never run into the issue of my foot falling off the edge from being to wide. So just keep that in mind! Such beautiful heels but in terms of comfort there was no way I could wear them for my wedding :(

Re-package your shoes in the original brand box, include the packing slip inside, and tape the shipping label to the outside of the box. If you have more than one item, each package should have a unique tracking label.
We recommend visiting a Fed Ex location rather than a drop box as that may delay delivery of your return. To find the nearest location, visit http://www.fedex.com/locate/.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is not set up for exchanges, only returns. If you would still like the shoes in a different size or color, a new order would have to be placed.
