Not black leather as pictured

I should have read the reviews before I ordered these, they were not the boots as pictured. I ordered the black leather ones and the ones I received were black suede. I'm not even sure they were real leather, which I had expected for the price I paid. I returned them for a refund.

Black Leather is Actually Suede

Like other I ordered the black leather and received black suede. I contacted DSW and let them know and they said they'd send me a replacement. The replacement was also black suede. The seemed nice, but not what I wanted or ordered.

Black boots not as pictured!

They apparently have the wrong photo shown for the black boots. The ones shown are black leather. I ordered them and received black suede. I read in the comments that someone else had the same experience. I thought that must have been a one- time mistake, but same thing happened to me. Had to return them. 😭 If you actually want black suede, though, would be great boots.

I'm giving these three stars because, as other reviewers have noted, these are not the shoes that I ordered. The Chelsea boots arrived, but they are suede and not the leather that I ordered. These boots are nice, but are not what I wanted or ordered.

Bought based on this being pebbled leather. Received suede boots. The online description and depiction of these boots is inaccurate and should be corrected. Returned with no difficulty.

Black Boot Is Suede

Black boots are not regular leather, they are suede leather. Customer service sent a second pair which were also suede. Returning both pairs was very simple at the DSW store.
I noticed that the boots were tight— my little toes was really cramped.
DSW please correct the information for the boots!
