    They're a beautiful boot, but

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're a beautiful boot, but unfortunately the first time I tried them on, the pull strap on the back of the boot immediately ripped off, without much force. Might be a manufacturing defect, but I'm very disappointed in what that says of the quality of the boots.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are so cute and comfy and exactly what I wanted! They came nicely polished and didn’t take any time to break in. The leather is high quality, looks nice and I get so many compliments on them. I usually have an hard time with shoes but these are awesome. Amazing purchase!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are beautifully made but MUCH bigger than a typical size 10 (womens). I'm sad because they were on sale as a 'final sale' so I trusted the 'True to Size' note on the item page and bought them, but now I can't exchange them for a smaller size. Beautiful details, perfect boots (other than the size) that I can never use. The 'True to Size' comment should be removed.

    Lovely looking boot, poorly made. I should’ve read the reviews before ordering them. Color is much darker, fits like an 8 though I ordered a 6. 5 and there’s absolutely no ankle support. Most reviews are describing the same problem and not sure why it is still being sold. It is also final sale and I was offered a gift card return which I reluctantly accepted as there’s not really any other Frye product I’m interested in and frankly am worried to even get anything else from this company.
