Strap is not tight enough

These are very nice shoes. But I found the strap to be too loose even on the tightest setting. Exchanging online was not an option, even though it says they could be exchanged. You have to repurchase in a different size, according to the chat. Then after you receive the new pair of shoes you have to go on the chat again (since you can't do an exchange) and see if the $8.50 Fedex fee will be waived. I am always an 8.5 sometimes a 9, but reordered in a size 8 hopefully they will work out.
