Cute But Didn’t Fit Me

I normally wear a 7.5 and have a narrow foot. These were too long for me and I worried if I sized down they would be too narrow even for me. The boots are comfortable and I like how the silver is matte and the heel is nice.

Cute But Too Long And Narrow

I usually wear a 7 1/2 and my foot is a bit narrow. These were too long and I worried doing down would make them too narrow. They are really cute and the silver is matte and not shiny and I like the heel.

Sleek design and comfortable for standing most of the day. Great for casual work attire or a night on the town. The only thing I don’t care for is the seem on the top rim rubs my skin when wearing ankle socks. It’s a non-issue though when wearing with taller socks or over leggings/skinny jeans.

My foot has a rakish arch is wide in the front and narrow in the back. I have to have a bit of a heel. This boot in the average width, fits me beautifully, and the heel is a great height. It is a fun booty for the western look without the pointy toes!

DSW customer service agent told me to file a dispute with my financial institution, instead of reshipping the missing package.
When I did, DSW fought it and denied it.
SCAM and extremely poor customer service. I have been a customer for over 15 years.
