Got these for the rodeo and they were actually comfy. I have wide calf’s and flat feet and had no problems with these. Did have to size up

Great height for larger calves

Theses are cute! And a great height if you have larger calves. The wide width was great for me, enough room to wear thicker socks. I am a little nervous that the quality won’t hold up but I won’t know until a few wears in!

She’s a Cowgirl Bootie Cutie!

I purchased these Matisse Cowboy Bootie boots in the Cognac color. So, I’m a plus size/athletically built woman, short, with wide feet. 9 out of 10 times, I purchase shoes in size 7. That is because shoes on my left foot seem to fit a little tighter than my right when I purchase size 6.5. What I love about this bootie, why I chose them, was they gave me the option to select my width. I went with the WIDE option. Also, as a former tennis player, I have large calf muscles so trying to find any style boot that goes past my ankle up to my knee with a zipper, is a major struggle. These ankle boots have a zipper that allows you to get your foot in without the twist-turn-pull dance we do when we try to get our foot in certain types of shoes.
The reason I am giving these cuties 5-stars is because, when I purchased the boots, I was walking fine, but 3 weeks later, the weekend of the event, I was unfortunately on crutches due to a knee situation. At first, I did not want to attend the event, since my knee felt like it was on fire the day of the event. Well ladies, these lovelies did what they signed up to do! They gave me cute, comfortability, and the cowgirl look I was going for. I felt stable and secure while on the crutches. I was even able to stand and “fake” dance with my hubby for a few minutes without any knee issue or pain. PS: I have never purchased this shoe brand before; therefore, I had no shoe/foot context to go on. Sooooo, thanks a million to all you lovelies who gave amazing shoe reviews. They really did help a lot. I would give these boots 7 stars, but I can’t. #BUYtheBOOTIEs!

Looked very shiny and fake if that makes sense. Also too short I guess I didn’t pay attention to the description or pics but these are ankle cut which I didn’t like.

Never Had A Chance To Wear

The shoes look cute and actually feel like real leather. However when FEDEX delivered them 2mins ago they came balled up. I will be taking them to my local DSW for a return hopefully I’m not given any problems. I really wish companies would stop using FedEx.
