Broken while lacing them up for the first time.

Bought these boots, and one of the top lace hooks snapped off at the rivet while lacing them up the first time. I'd send them back for unbroken ones but I don't have that luxury, I need boots to wear now. It's not the end of the world, they're still wearable but it doesn't bode well for how long til the rest starts falling apart. They are comfortable, and warm though.
No, I do not recommend this product.
