Great work boot, only taking one star off because they are so expensive and DSW promos do not apply towards Carhartt. My husband and I got these out of necessity because he needed them for his work. Other brands like Red Wing are actually double in cost, so while being a hard-working person here in America you still have to invest ridiculous amounts not only in tools and equipment but also for good quality work boots and clothes, which is unfair in my opinion. Otherwise he likes the boots, they are sturdy enough and comfortable enough. He usually goes through boots like Timberland and Red Fin in ~6 months (they start wearing down and gettin holes) so I’ll have to provide an update on how long these Carhartts last.

Rugged and comfortable!
Been wearing these boots for the past two weeks, they feel more comfortable than they initially appear. These boots doesn't require a long break in period and they are easy to put on and take off. The Goodyear welt construction adds additional strength and durability to these boots, while maintaining a casual appearance.

Perfect boots
