    I'm always a size 9 in men, Carhartt's size chart suggested 9.5. I still bought a 9, it was too big. Sent it back for a 8.5. Still too big! (room in the front and back). Not only that, the boot hurts my feet, not from walking, but the tongue's seam is too stiff and dug into my foot. I am sending it back one last time, and will choose a boot that I can try on in person.
