I finally broke down and purchased these. I purchased the "men's" but these are actually uni-sex so should be listed as such. Unfortunately, my local DSW doesn't carry the Milano as a women's shoe (wish they did), so I had to go to the men's department to find them. They are a bit stiff and will require gradual break-in, but I love them. Comfortable in general, I just have to be patient with them.
