Toe Box Smaller Than Expected

I got a size 10 W. I have other similar pointy toed dress shoes that are comfortable. This shoe looks big but feels a bit cramped in the toe box and I got a wide size. However if I go up in sizing the heel is close to sliding off It is the heel that seems wide. The design is cute but the she is not that comfortable to wear. Trying to figure out if the shoe might give a bit or if I will regret the slight discomfort. Olive green is a rare dress shoe color to find, so I’m torn about keeping or returning. I would not recommend this shoe to a friend because it would probably give them blisters.

Dress up or down with this style

This is a fun shoe that can be worn for casual or dressy occasions. I wear between a size 7.5 & 8 and ordered the 7.5 based on other reviews. It is a nice fit. I'm unable to determine how long my feet will hold up in them until New Years Eve but am hopeful they will be comfortable for a long evening.
