I purchased these boots on March 4 with an expectation of 7 to 10 days for in store pickup. Today is March 14th and my order status is "In Process." I take that to mean that I will never receive them. This is my first (and last) buy online for pickup from DSW.

Great Tall Boot
I’ve been looking for chic, stylish tall black boots for a while now and these did not disappoint. It has a classy pointed toe and nice chunky heel. Very comfortable for walking and no slouch at the ankle. I’m a size 6.5 and ordered 6.5. No need to upsize. My feet has enough room including in the toe box. No squished toes!! My only issue is the zipper handle is flimsy and can “freeze” in an awkward position. I’d have to toggle a few times for it for it to release.

Great boot!
Bought these a few weeks ago. Very comfortable. Just the right height on my leg ( I’m 5’4). Heel height is just right for walking comfortably but remain stylish. I have larger calves but the wide calf boots were too large. I stretched these ones a bit with the use of my hairdryer for the perfect fit.

Work & Play Boot
I went up a half size from normal. I typically do this myself with boots. I find it is helpful with thick socks. I absolutely love these shoes. I am wearing them now at work. I was surprised to find they fit without needing extra wide. My calves are muscular. I was able to wear with leggings and tights. I haven't tried jeans. My plan is to wear these with skirts and dresses. My one complaint is without long socks the boot bunches at the ankle a little bit. Otherwise it is great.

I love these boots!

Great Boots!
I love these boots! I was fortunate to find them at my local DSW store on the Clearance Rack. They are a little snug on my calves but are so comfy and timeless looking that I love them!

Great and real leather
These are great a slightly chunkier heel than I normally would choose but when I can where these for hours as a bartender with no pain they are wonderful and I get tons of compliments.
