Wolverine Hellcat Boot

I have a couple other pairs of Wolverine boots and I am a fan of the quality and durability and functionality. However this is the most stylish pair I’ve owned. Sharp features and a white cushioned sole. These are great dress - casual boots.

Bought the in two different toe box styles. This style runs slightly small. I usually wear an 11 but these 11.5 feel perfect. Love these and get lots of compliments! Great construction and very comfortable.

Good boot for the price. These boots do the job for around the house working but I wouldn't suggest for heavy construction work.

I bought these boots for my husband for $40 - great price! He's only had a chance to wear them a few times, but said they're very comfortable and not too heavy. He wears them with jeans and also has worn them while working outside and said they kept his feet dry and warm.

These boots have got to be the BEST boots I’ve ever owned! They’re SUPER comfortable and WARM!!! I stand outside in the cold and our winters are no joke! My feet can’t tell the difference though. I also walk an average of 25K steps. This being the case, the souls on the boots are soft and sturdy enough to withstand the abuse I put my shoes through. I HIGHLY recommend them to you! THANKS DSW for keeping your prices affordable through these hard times! If it wasn’t for you, I’d still be wearing my old boots which weren’t as comfortable. ONE MINOR SIDE NOTE: when I first put them on, the seam where the tongue meets the body of the boot, was poorly sewn together. The leather was just forced in and then sewn, which created a lump. When I would lace them up, it would hurt my ankle. What I did, was take a razor blade and cut the stitching. Then, I pulled out the excess leather and stuck it out. This WORKED! It was only a cut of about half an inch, and it didn’t disturb the overall structure of the boot. AND, it was only on the left boot. The other, was perfectly fine.

I bought these for my husband, so he could go hunting in the wet weather. He is thrilled with them. the fit is excellent and his feet don't get wet!

Comfort gets a 3/5 due to small toe box area - very oddly shapped toe area. Performance gets 5/5, it performs just like sneaker. It doesn't get scrub easily comparing to smooth leather. Confirmed tongue has side stitching to keep water out up to 4" high. Leather design gets 5/5 for me. However, this is a very very noisy pair that makes squishy sound on every strike. I don't recommend these for wearing to office work. For noisy warehouse is okay, you'll blend in without getting noticed. Looks in person gets 2/5 due to oddly shaped toe box, these photos looks fabulous here but not in person. I'd preferred the moc toe version that is prettier, bigger toe box, and rides much more quieter. Not sure why two of the same kind performs so much differently.
