Arch not quite right for me

I wanted to love these. I'd heard such good things about this brand but the arch hits funny for me with these shoes. Sadly I will need to be returning them.

Love these, I call them decks. They are my go to for everyday wear/walking, very comfy and they are true to size (7- medium), normally have to order a 6 1/2 !! I also ordered the blue, love the color, great fit. Always helps when items are on sale !! :)
