Well made but sizing off

Well made material and good looking, but very odd sizing. Usually 9 is a perfect fit, but it was too tight and 9.5 was way too big. I'd definitely order the usual size and half above to see which one fits.

Nice Shoes But Was Sent Used Shoes

The shoes themselves are nice but DSW sent me used shoes that have clearly been used already. I called but the customer service for an exchange and they couldn’t have them shipped to where I need them to be shipped to for some reason. They were unwilling to do anything to help the situation and for the unprofessional an inconvenient situation. I probably won’t be shopping with DSW especially for the price of the shoes I should be getting new shoes. If I wanted used shoes I would have went to the Goodwill.

These leather driving shoes are comfortable and stylish. They fit true to size. Since the sole doesn't cover the underside of the toe, they can easily be scuffed if not careful. They are great for airport travel.
