This is a beautiful shoe, and it's extremely comfortable. I bought them to wear with pants, but they ended up perfectly matching a dress. So I'd say they work for both dress up and casual.

I wore these shoes for the first time to work a trade show. I thought I would regret it but not at all! These shoes were comfortable (not sneaker comfortable but really good) and looked fabulous. In addition to being on my feet for hours, the day including an unplanned walk to the next city block to pick up an errant Grub Hub order. I would buy again without hesitation.
Context: I have bunions and a high instep so it is very rare that I don't have to break in or stretch new shoes.
