    Incorrect size shipped – Poor Quality Control

    I was excited to receive these, but unfortunately, there was a significant packaging mix-up. While the box was labeled 7W, the shoes inside were a 7M. Because of this, I haven’t been able to wear or test them yet. I am disappointed in the quality control, and the DSW website doesn't provide a clear way to report this specific shipping error. I now have to go through the hassle of purchasing a second pair and hoping the correct ones arrive this time.

    I received these and they were absolutely disgusting. You can tell that someone has worn them and we’re definitely uncomfortable in them. I don’t understand how DSW is able to sell worn shoes out to customers.
