I am not a heel person, but I got heels for my friend's wedding and these are sturdy, and work great for my thick instep. Very grateful for this find! I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 and I originally purchased a 7.5 because of my wide foot but actually ended up sizing down to a 7. :)

I love this shoe, however, I ordered a 7.5 and should've ordered a size 7. They're a tad too big. Others I've ordered have always been a 7.5 but this brand runs big. I'm sure a smaller size will fit great!
