I bought these for a wedding and was so excited because they were very pretty and felt extremely comfortable when I tried them on. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until the day of the wedding that the ankle strap kept falling down. I had nothing else to wear with my outfit, so I had no choice, but to wear them. I ended up taking them off to dance and could hardly walk comfortably in them because the strap wouldn't stay in place.
I am very disappointed because they really are beautiful, comfortable shoe. If the strap head stayed securely around my ankle, I know they would've been perfect for me I wish I could return them, but unfortunately, I've already worn them

Not Like The Platform Ones
I recently bought the platform ones, which I loved, but the strap kept falling down the back of my heel. I thought this would be a good compromise and lower. The strap did stay on the back of my heel, but the shoe just is a little too plastic and too slippery and they’re going back.

Heel Strap is loose
Just had it delivered yesterday and the strap is too loose, keeps falling down so I'll have to return them, so bummed they are beautiful but not practical.

The strap is very loose. The shoe is comfortable and looks good but the strap is a problem. I will be returning it.

I NEVER go out of my way to leave reviews on anything. These shoes are outstanding right out of the box! Wore for 6.5 hours in a celebration of life fashion show for Pink Aid. SO comfortable!
