Shoe runs larger than stated size

Ordered these shoes in navy online. They are beautiful shoes- very stylish and very well made. Look very expensive. The problem was that I wear a size seven and these shoes are marked seven but they are way too big so I guess they must run big. Very disappointed. I had checked the reviews before I ordered but there weren’t any reviews about the fit of the shoes.
