What happened to the hooks?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wearing timberland pros for 15 years. Unfortunately it's time to change. I don't know whose brilliant idea it was to turn the last 2 hooks at the top into actual shoe lace holes. But this was an absolutely terrible idea

Forever boot

I used to go to the Timberland factory store when I lived by one, but I've moved and it's too far to drive to. This Xmas I ordered online and it was easy to do and the boots arrived in the time frame that I was told. The quality and the price are great!
