Timberland 6" Classic Boot - Kids'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the boots. I have bought 4 pairs so far.

We received these as a gift for our toddler. At first I loved them on her, she loved them, too. After the SECOND WEAR I noticed that the soles on both boots had separated from the bottom. The left one separated at the toe, the right one had completely separated at the toe, heel, and started to separate on the inside of the foot. I tried talking to a rep (Jana) via chat and she informed me that because they were a gift I could attempt to file a claim but it wasn't guaranteed. What? Why ask if they were a gift in the warranty claim then if it's not viable? Can Timberland no longer guarantee or stand by their products? I am SO upset about this. My family has always loved our "Timbies" because of how durable they've always been. We've been able to wear them in all seasons. The fact that the quality has very obviously gone down SIGNIFICANTLY is pathetic. You seemingly can't find well made boots anymore. So much for being a trusted brand. Don't waste your money on something that is now merely a "fast fashion" item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product to replace a similar as I wore out a similar timberland hiking boot. I have 11 pairs of timberland boots/chukkas/sneakers etc. I have 1 pair of teva sandals as timberland does not offer closed toe. I live in the Andes mountains of Ecuador and still hike to town and our farm requires top quality footwear that I desire and require as a very active 87 year old outdoorsman. Thank you TIMBERLAND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super durable and I have bought this series several times over the years. I were them both causally and for work. I am impressed at how well the soles hold up despite wheeling them around the clock the way I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Timberland boots got me through many Chicago winters, but that was 30 years ago. I was curious to see if they were still the same workhorses. I'm happy to report that they are. You can't go wrong with Timberlands.
