Used Shoes
I ordered these in my normal 8.5 but they were way too big so I reordered an 8. The first pair came nicely wrapped in a ted baker shoe box. The second pair arrived in a torn up DSW box. No official shoe box. They were very clearly worn and absolutely stretched out to the max. Someone clearly wore them and returned them. DSW should have not accepted whoever returned them like that, and they definitely should not have resold them to someone else. These are some of the more expensive shoes DSW sells and they don’t even allow coupons on them, so I’d expect more for what I paid for. Highly disappointed in DSW.
